We ship primarily by US Priority Mail or UPS Ground.  Most retail orders will ship UPS ground.  Bulk Orders for Wholesale and Fundraisers will ship UPS ground.  These Prices will be based on the weight of the items in your shopping cart.  Return Policy Shades of Color strives to design and manufacture high-quality products. However, In the unlikely event of a defective product, we will accept your return (for refund, credit, or exchange) within 30 days of receipt. Calendars: Because of the dated nature of the calendars they are non-returnable unless found to be defective. All other returns are subject to return authorization and a 15% restocking fee.
