I just love smoothies. I try making one as often as I can. Lately, I’ve been traveling with my Shades of Color Travel Mug, which is great for smoothies on the go. These travel mugs will keep your drink cold for hours as you travel from work, school, the gym, taking the kids to the park or just hanging outside the house. Plus when traveling in your car it fits great into the car cup holder on the console. Or even on your bike!

Just go ahead and relax outside in the back yard knowing you don’t have to move for a while to go back in the house to make a cold, cool, delicious smoothie.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sweetened almond milk

1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced

1 cup green seedless grapes (preferably frozen)

2 medium stalks celery leaf, peeled and sliced

2 teaspoons honey

Directions

In blender a combine all ingredients and blend until mixture is smooth and frothy.
